#1 – “All Seated.” This program allows planners to develop a literal blueprint of what they want their event to look like. It’s easy-to-use and helps get your floor plan ideas out in a matter of minutes. Advanced features will help you go a little bit further in your planning; such as managing your guests, managing timelines, managing guest seatings, and more.
#2 – Amenities. There are many advantages to our space; wifi throughout the facility, conveniently located between IH-35 between San Antonio and Austin, and is adjacent to a shopping center (just in case of shopping emergencies). Another great amenity advantage is the amount of space that we have – 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting space and 5,200 square foot ballroom that may accommodate trade shows, banquets, receptions, and more.
